      State of Ky county Pulaski, all men know by these presence that I, Jesse Sears of the county and state aforesaid does hereby make my only and last will and bequeath my eastate to the foregoing heirs as follows to witt: Now being in my sound mind I will all of my real estate and personal property to my wife, Charity Jane Sears, as long as the said Charity Sears lives and after death of my wife Charity Sears, I will that the real estate and remaining personal property to be divided between the heirs equslly. I farther will that my son, Henry M. Sears shall to the best of his knowledge and to the best and prosperous advantage attend to all of issuing and depositing of checks and money in Whitness my hand and testimony this 9 Jan. 1919
